Just out the door are stores, restaurants, gourmet shops, trader joes, wine shops, cafes, etc. I have a great relationship with the landlord and he owns the bakery downstairs so lots of free pastries and the apartment often smells like pastries:).
Rent includes heat, gas, electric, Internet, cableRoom is a small bedroom, great for a full size bed, dresser and some other little things. Plenty of closet space and storage!Apt. is furnished, Bedroom is not.
