I'm moving out of my apartment in New York City and need to find someone to sublet my room (ideally April 1st or sometime shortly after) through the end of my lease, which is up July 31st 2009. I can leave the bedroom furnished or unfurnished, its optional. There is also an option to renew the lease at that time if desired.
Cost- $1500
The apartment is on east 12th street b/w 3rd and 4th (1 block from Union Square)- a very nice, quiet, large 3 bedroom/1.5 bath with tons of closet space I share with 2 other girls who are great. The building has high video security, a live-in super, elevator and laundry in basement.
