Very safe - easy walk to the Bedford L train stop OR the Marcy JMZ stop. Apartment has great light; big living room and kitchen; top floor (3rd floor) so no noise from above. ALSO, the bedrooms are down the hallway from the common areas, so noise is never an issue if you want to hang out in the living room.
Roommates? 25-year-old girl, works as the Managing Editor of an online editorial in North Williamsburg. 30-year-old female, works at an art gallery in Chelsea. We are fun, adorable, friendly, no-drama, clean but not obsessive, comfortable roommates. We get along very well with each other and our other roommate (tear), but he is moving in with his newly-graduated best friend. We have our own separate social lives, and are not looking for a best friend, but definitely do not want a stranger either. When in the apartment together, we enjoy drinking wine, ordering out together and watching terrible, trashy tv shows.

We don't have pets, either, and we don't want any (we love animals, but this is a no-pet apartment). Rent is $850/month, not including Gas, Cable TV (wireless Internet, too, of course) and Electric (about $50 for all 3 each month). Upon move-in, Security and Last Month's required. First Month's can be the deposit. April 1st will be my 4th year anniversary in this apt - it's wonderful and the location is amazing.
